       唐三彩是一种多色彩的低温釉陶器，它是以细腻的白色黏土作胎料，用含铅的氧化物作助溶剂，目的是降低釉料的熔融温度。在烧制过程中，用含铜、铁、钴等元素的金属氧化物作着色剂融于铅釉中，形成黄、绿、蓝、白、紫、褐等多种色彩的釉色，但许多器物多以黄、绿、白为主，甚至有的器物只具有上述色彩中的一种或两种，人们统称为“唐三彩”。

       唐三彩并非专指那三种色彩而言。在同一器物上，黄、绿、白或黄、绿、蓝、赭、黑等基本釉色同时交错使用，形成绚丽多彩的艺术效果。有的只有单彩，或者二彩，有甚多的器物，却具有较复杂的多彩颜色。一般而言，除了胎体的白地之外，铅黄、绿、青三彩最为普遍，在三彩的调配技法上，也最富艺术的韵味。

       制作唐三彩，是先经过舂捣、淘洗等加工的白色粘土捏制成一定形状，再修整、晾干后，放入窑内经1000℃烧制，待冷却后，上釉挂彩，再入窑焙烧至800℃即可。

       此三彩四系罐，直颈口，，短颈，丰肩，圆润，肩部塑对称四系，肩颈处有四个互相对称的小系，间隔中有花卉图案，橄榄形腹部，弧线收于底足，造型饱满朴实，通体施乳白色的化妆土，器身主体施以黄、绿色釉，施釉不及底，釉层流动自然，色彩变幻，呈现出唐三彩特有的色调风格。罐身釉色自然结合，垂釉四周深褐色的轮廓线明显，垂釉成油滴形状，开片自然，清新不拘束，气质优雅，传统彩塑写实传统的同时，还创造性地运用了低温铅釉绚丽斑斓的色彩，品相完好，具有一定的收藏价值！
